Norstone Financial Corporation's most recent acquisition is Hansa Forest Products Inc., a manufacturer
of lumber and hardwood flooring. This company operates a 200,000 sq. ft. wood processing facility in
Vilok, Ukraine.
As well as supplying pre-finished hardwood flooring for North American and European markets, Hansa
Forest Products intends to manufacture and distribute wood pellets, a renewable and carbon neutral
fuel.
